Saute:
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 small onion
1 large glove garlic
1/2 bell pepper, diced
1 carrot, diced
salt & pepper
1 tsp cumin
Add:
2 cups chicken stock
2 cups beef stock
2 small potatoes, diced
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can black beans
1 can corn
2 Tbsp fresh parsely
1 Tbsp fresh cilantro
1 jalepeno chopped
1 tsp lime juice
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup picante
Bring to a boil and allow to simmer for 30 minutes or until all vegetables are cooked through.
